Ultrasm0ke: Updated base cooldown and also cooldown changes from the ability tree for Connie's 'Focused' ability. They were incorrect so I have updated them to their current figures: The base cooldown timer of 'Focused' is 300 seconds, and reductions to its base cooldown timer from the ability tree ranks 1, 2 and 3 are reducing the base cooldown time to 280, 260 and 240, respectively.
